Ibobi Memorial Award for the “Rotary Traffic Police of the Year” (Sponsored by Rtn. Dr. M. Madhumangol Singh) to Seram Panganba Singh, Late Th. Rotarian Bijay Jain Memorial Award for the “Rotary Sports person of the Year” to Naorem Roshibina Devi (Wushu), Late Sagolsem Indramani Memorial Rotary Scholarship sponsored by Ann S. Snehprabha Devi w/o Rtn. S. Nilamani Singh was given to two children of Orphan Home, Deulahland, Late Sagolsem Juge Memorial Rotary Scholarship sponsored by Rtn. S. Jiten Singh was handed over to four children of Govt. Ideal Blind School, Takyelpat. Late Sinam Tomchou Singh Memorial Distribution of Hearing Aids sponsored by Rtn. Dr. H. Priyoshakhi Devi was given to four needy persons and Late Shri Om Prakash Gulati Memorial Wheelchair sponsored by Rtn. Kewal Gulati was given to Khundongbam Leimarembi Devi of Heirok. First Late Rukmani Devi Bagri Memorial Wheelchair sponsored by Rtn. MK Maheshwari was given to Sapam Chandramani Mangang of Samurou.
