Handing over of Nation Builders Award and Celebration of National Teachers' Day at RC Hailakandi

In a vibrant celebration of Rotary's Basic Education and Literacy Month, the Rotary Club of Hailakandi commemorated National Teachers' Day on September 5th in a grand manner. The event took place in the club premises, where the atmosphere was filled with appreciation and recognition for the dedicated educators of the district.

The Honourable Additional Deputy Commissioner of Education for Hailakandi District, Mr. Tridib Roy, graced the occasion as the chief guest, accompanied by esteemed academicians from the region. Their presence underscored the importance of education and the pivotal role teachers play in shaping the future of society.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of the NATION BUILDERS AWARD to ten exemplary teachers, who had been meticulously selected through a rigorous evaluation process for their outstanding contributions to education in their respective schools across the district. Each awardee was honored with a certificate and a thoughtful token of appreciation, celebrating their unwavering commitment to spreading knowledge and fostering learning in diverse communities.
