A Day With Our Aita’s

Project Description:--:
On 24th September 2024, five Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Gauhati South, along with the NSS group from Gauhati Commerce College, visited "Seneh," an old age home for women. They spent an enriching one-and-a-half hours engaging in various activities with the residents. Light refreshments were provided, and the students of Gauhati Commerce College entertained the residents with dance performances. Some of the shelter home residents also participated in the dance and other cultural activities. Ms Jyotika the center's caretaker, along with Rtns. Chandan Rajkhowa, Manjusri Baruah, Sweta Pegu, and Dr. Sumadhur Roy, Programme Officer of the NSS unit, addressed the residents. They extended their warm wishes and praised the excellent management of Seneh for their dedicated care. The visit was a heartwarming and memorable experience for all involved.
