As the winter approaches the need of winter wear is a must but unfortunately many needy fails to have winter cloths. So Rotary Club of Tezpur along with The Rotaract club of Agnigarh started वस्त्र दानम 4.0
Winter Cloth Donation Drive to provide winter cloths and the needy things for the winters for the needy.
And on 16th of January this projected was executed by providing winter wear and necessary clothes to the underprivileged children and the needy in an around Tezpur.
