A devastating fire has engulfed five houses in the slum area of Malugram, Silchar, leaving the affected families with nothing.
In response, the President and members of the Rotary Club of Silchar, in collaboration with the Food Banking Network of India and under our Rotary Permanent Food Bank initiative, distributed 10 bags of rations today to support the victims.
