D. G. Sukhbinder Singh along with his spouse Sumita Kaur visited Dibrugarh. He inspected social works of Dibrugarh Rotary club and participated in health camp organised by club at Dibrugarh Reserve police camp. Later he attended a meeting with Dibrugarh University V. C.
