Seminar on Peace Building and Conflict Prevention

On 28th February RC Greater Silchar held a Seminar on Peace Building and Conflict Prevention wherein speakers from various communities were present. 11 NGOs working tirelessly for the society were felicitated on this occasion. Club President Rtn Joyjit Biswas welcomed all the Dignitories and highlighted the work Rotary is doing for Peace Building. The Chief Guest , Deputy Director, Nehru Yuva Kendra Mr Mehbub Alam Laskar and Secretary in charge, Bharat Sevashram,Silchar respected Gunosindhu Moharaj ji in their speech emphasized upon being true humans and to keep apart from religious/ caste/ creed ideologies in the society. All the speakers thanked RC Greater Silchar for taking the initiative in organizing such a Seminar .
