A Screening Camp for Cochlear Implant Process & workshop on Early identification of speech & hearing Divyang.

On 31st August a Screening Camp for Cochlear Implant Process was organized by Saksham Divyang Seva Kendra (RCC of RC Greater Silchar) in association with Rotary Club of Greater Silchar at Capital Building office. In this Camp Dr Abhinash Wachasundar, MS ENT from Pune Maharashtra who has done 300 cochlear implant surgeries under deaf baby rehabilitation project screened approximately 50 patients.
Also on the same day we had a workshop on Early identification of speech & hearing Divyang which was done by Mrs Raksha Deshpande who is a special Educator for hearing impaired kids psychology, Director of Education at Cochlea, Pune, Maharashtra.
