Rotary Club Of Siliguri Umeed successfully conducted a program about menstruation and oral hygiene at Kawakhali Jr. high School On 16-01-2025. A variety of habits are included in menstruation hygiene, such as the selection of sanitary items, personal cleanliness regimens, and the management of menstrual waste. To achieve full menstrual health, it is necessary to normalize discussions about menstruation, cultural taboos, and create an atmosphere that provides women with information and guide. Oral hygiene is another essential component of overall health and wellbeing. Two major oral diseases (namely, dental caries, and periodontal disease) are widespread in the human population across the globe. This is why we have conducted a program on the following place.
