Awareness Seminar on Mensural Hygiene

Our project was an awareness seminar on menstrual hygiene, held at Burdwan Nividita Balika Vidyalaya. This seminar was an essential step in addressing and improving menstrual health among the students. During the session, we provided valuable information on menstrual hygiene management, debunked common myths, and discussed the importance of maintaining good menstrual health for overall well-being. Rtn Dr Puja Bannerjee and Rtn Dr Pallavi Maji addressed the gathering. Menstrual hygiene is a crucial aspect of health education that impacts both the physical and psychological well-being of individuals.
