Candid Talks episode 1.0 with Sahil Samuel a.k.a NAALAYAK was an interactivesession with the famous vocalist of Famous Rock Band of India Naalyak. The session was done to make people especially the youth aware about theimportance of Mental Health in today's life. And how music could help us inshaping the mental health and deal with depression, anxiety and other mentalhealth related issues.
