Child health camp

Rotary Club of Guwahati Smart City in compliance to “Mission Child Health and Literacy” launched earlier as it’s permanent project, has been organizing camp for child health in Government Schools where economically weaker section of students come for their studies. The camp was recently organized in Bharalumukh L.P.School under the direct supervision of the club Secretary Priyanka Das in presence of other senior club members where more than 100 students were examined. Eye screening and dental checkup were simultaneously organized and medicines wherever required were provided to students. Rotary Club of Guwahati Smart City organizes such camp every month in and around Guwahati to take care and protect the health of the school going children upto 14 years in Government Schools. Team of Sankardev Nethralaya screened eye while the team of Senior Dental Surgeon of Dental Point and Implant Centre under the Supervision of Dr. Ashif Ahmed performed the dental checkup.
