Distributed ceiling fans to Narakasur Higher Secondary School, Kahilipara

On 4th June 2025, the Rotary Club of Gauhati South (RCGS) distributed ceiling fans to Narakasur Higher Secondary School, Kahilipara—fulfilling a long-pending need of the school. The program began with a Saraswati Vandana by the students. Rtn. Dr. Chandan Rajkhowa, Club President, presided over the meeting and addressed the gathering.Rtn. Minoti Barthakur lit the ceremonial lamp along with the school principal and club members. Principal Pranab Sarma delivered the welcome address, and CLC Rtn. Anjana C. Saikia explained the purpose of the initiative. The school expressed deep gratitude, noting the positive impact this contribution will have during summer months.The program was compered by teacher Ms. Monalisa Medhi. Present were Secretary Rtn. Priyama Goswami, Rtn. Minoti Barthakur, Rtn. Manjushree Baruah, Rtn. Bibekananda Saikia, and Anne Kalpana Bordoloi—one of the donors.
