Distribution of Bio Degradable bags on the Occasion of International Plastic Bag Free Day

On July 3, 2024, the Rotary Club of Golaghat celebrated International Plastic Bag Free Day by Distributing more than 1000 biodegradable carry bags to more than 200 shopkeepers, street vendors, and more than 800 general public as a mark of environmental awareness. During the program, the members of the Rotary Club of Golaghat urged the general public and the shopkeepers to avoid single-use plastic bags and use biodegradable carry bags.
