Education assistance

Project Description:--:
The Rotary Club of Durgapur Central and Interact Club of St Michael's school, Durgapur donated Stationary items, Mats and Black Boards/Green Boards etc on 7th Dec 2024 last , to needy children under a scheme named " CHOWA" run by a NGO, UJJN (Uthhisthata Jagrata o Jago Nari) of Durgapur who works for the welfare of underprivileged children & women located at Saharbhanga Dairy more in Durgapur . Rtn Malabika Mukherjee and Rtn Manju Chandak of Rotary Club of Durgapur Central and Mr Bitanu Biswas, President of Interact Club of St Michael's school attended and provided the items on this noble occasion. This philanthropic efforts by the fellow Rotarian and Interacts in association with UJJN will certainly provide proper educational facilities to the needy children.
