on 28st August 2024 RC Bardhaman Heritage has arranged a workshop on Non- Physical Self Defence at Nutanhat Satkari Dey Memorial Girls' High School. President Rtn. Dr. Nirmala Rajak has demonstrated about the necessity of self defence, tools and strategies to be adopted at the time of attack by perpetrator, item to be carried in their bag or purse etc.
