Flag Exchange Program

A flag exchange program was organized between Rotary Club of Agartala, India and Rotary Club Comilla Sunrise, Bangladesh on 9th November,24 at Bangla Bhoj, Agartala. RC Comilla Sunrise representative Rtn. PP Abu Azmal Pathan and Rotary Club of Agartala president, Rtn. Hari Saha exchanged the flags in presence of other members. At the outset, the club secretary, Rtn. Dr. Bidhan Goswami welcomed all the guests in the program. Members from both the clubs asserted to take up joint action in coming days and expressed their willingness to work together keeping in mind the rotary’s motto of Service above Self.
Three Rotarians from Bangladesh namely (1) Rtn. PP Safura Sultana Anne (2) PP, RC Cumilla Elegance (3) Rtn. Razia Sultana Ruza, RC Comilla Victoria attended the exchange program. From RCA apart from Club president and secretary, Rtn. Subir Bhaumik, Rtn. Subhendu Chowdhury, Rtn. Subhendu Chakraborty, Rtn. Subal Debnath, Rtn. Subrata Banik, Rtn. Sukanta Goswami, Rtn. Dulal Debnath, Rtn. Reba Chakraborty, president, RCA Nature, Rtn. Prabir Saha, IPP, Rtn. Kisalaya Ghosh, Rtn. Saradindu Bhattacherjee, Rtn. Dipankar Prakash Bhaumik, Rtn. Priyanath Das, Rtn. Karunamay Das, Rtn. Swapan Bhaumik, Rtn. Tarun kanti Das, Rtn. Sujit Chanda along with their families attended the flag exchange program.
