Rtn Biju BP from Kerala, a solo rider embarking on a journey to travel through 28 states and 8 union territories of India with the mission of Girl Empowerment Through Education. Rtn Biju conducts this awareness program in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Polo City Imphal at Manipur College and GP College.
