Health Camp at Kalabagan, Jirania

A health camp was organized by Rotary Club of Agartala at Kalabagan, Jirania on 24th November (Sunday). Many of the brick field laborers are residing in this area and they are underprivileged group as robust health care facilities are not always at their reach. To meet the demands of the underserved people of Brick Industry area this health camp was organized in this area. Before the start of health camp necessary health education in safe sanitation and timely vaccination was given to the mass. Specialist doctors from Medicine, paediatrics and Diabetes attended the camp. About 150 were examined, blood tests were done and free medication provided. Rotary Club of Agartala organized this camp in association with All Tripura Diabetic Forum. From RCA Rtn. Dr. Bidhan Goswami, Rtn. Dr. Sulata Das, Rtn. Er. Priyanath Das and from ATDF Dr. Ranendra Barman attended the camp.
