On 9th March, our permanent Rotary Heart Check-up and Awareness Camp was held .

The event was graced by members of the Heart Care Society, as well as the President and members .

A total of 33 patients were examined by renowned cardiologist Dr. Ahmed Hussain Chaudhury, who provided necessary medical advice and prescriptions.

To support the cause, free medicines and diagnostic tests were provided by medical representatives from Alkem, Sunz, Torrent, and Lupin. Additionally, Spirometry and ECG tests were conducted free of charge to ensure early detection and prevention of heart-related ailments.

This initiative reaffirmed the Rotary Club of Silchar’s commitment to promoting heart health awareness and community well-being, especially among women.
