Induction of New Member to RCShillong Heritage

The Rotary Club of Shillong Heritage successfully inducted Mr. Sunil Bajoria as a new member during its 123rd Regular Meeting held on 17th June 2025 at Cloud 9, Shillong.
The induction proceedings began with President Rtn. Vikash inviting Membership Chairperson Rtn. Mrinal to the dais to formally conduct the ceremony. Rtn. Mrinal introduced Mr. Bajoria to the members, highlighting his active involvement in previous club programs and his alignment with Rotary values. His professional and ethical credentials were thoroughly reviewed, and he fulfilled all Rotary membership criteria.
Accompanied by his wife and son, Mr. Bajoria took the Rotary oath, affirming his commitment to uphold Rotary’s ideals. President Rtn. Vikash then formally inducted him by presenting the Rotary lapel pin and the official Welcome Kit. Rtn. Donkupar extended a warm welcome with a bouquet, symbolizing the spirit of camaraderie and inclusion within the club.
Rtn. Mrinal elaborated on the mission and values of Rotary, especially the importance of The Rotary Foundation (TRF). He encouraged the newly inducted member to support the Foundation through voluntary contributions. Rtn. Bajoria graciously committed to a contribution of $300 towards TRF during the current Rotary year, reflecting his sincere dedication to service and community development.
Rtn. Sunil Bajoria expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and conveyed his eagerness to actively contribute to the club’s initiatives. His induction brings fresh energy and commitment to the club’s growing fellowship.
