on 5th of August District Governor Rtn. Sukhminder Singh along with Asst Governor and 1st Lady paid their official visit to RC Sibsagar and visited permanent project sites of RC Sibsagar. A closed dooe meeting, Club assambly and a general meeting was organized. In the meeting vocational service award has been given.Kalanchu was released.
