On the day of Installation that is 28/07/24,the yearly bulletin of RC Hailakandi titled Sankalpa was released by the Assistant Governer of Zone XV Rtn Dr Arunabha Choudhury and Installation Chairman Rtn Samiran Paul in presence of other eminent guests.The Editor of the magazine Rtn Indranil Chakraborty thanked all who contributed to enrich the contents of the magazine and copies of the same were distributed among the guests who came to attend the installation ceremony.
