Rotary Club of Dimapur Sponsors “Ignisia – MIT Connect” and Presents 4-Way Test Display

On 10th and 11th April 2025, the Rotary Club of Dimapur proudly sponsored “Ignisia – MIT Connect”, an annual knowledge exchange program jointly organized by Pranab College, Dimapur and MIT University, Shillong. The event aimed to foster academic collaboration, cross-cultural learning, and the exchange of ideas among students from different zones.
As part of its contribution, the Club also presented the Rotary 4-Way Test plaque to Pranab College and MIT University, Shillong to be prominently displayed on campus. The 4-Way Test, a guiding principle of Rotary built on ethics and integrity, will serve as a daily reminder for students and faculty to uphold truth, fairness, goodwill, and mutual benefit in all their actions.
The program featured academic discussions, cultural exchanges, and leadership sessions that inspired young minds to think beyond classrooms and across borders. Club President Rtn. Monoj Bhattacharjee, while addressing the gathering, stated, “By supporting ‘Ignisia – MIT Connect’ and presenting the 4-Way Test, we hope to nurture values and vision in the leaders of tomorrow.”
The gesture was well received by the institute, marking a meaningful collaboration between Rotary and the academic community.
