Rotary Egg Bank

Project Description:--:
Rotary Club of Imphal (RID-3240) launched ‘Rotary Egg Bank Project’ for Rotary Year 2024-25 on 4th Aug’2024 at two children homes for girls at Imphal which will benefit about 114 children. The two children homes are Chanura Leikol Children Home for Girls, Khurai Chairenthong, Imphal East District and Punya Children Home for Girls, Thangmeiband, Imphal West District. The ‘Rotary Egg Bank’ project is a continuing community service project of the Club since 2021. Every month 1890 eggs will be given to the two children homes so that a child get four eggs per week free of cost. Rotary Egg bank project is implemented with the voluntary donations from the members of the Club and is a gift to our loving girl child to make them healthy and strong. Local media has given a wide coverage of this project.
