Rotary Leadership Institute

The Rotary Club of Dimapur hosted the District 3240 Rotary Leadership Institute on 24th and 25th August at the Rotary Centre, where Part 1 and Part 2 of the training were conducted. The event attracted 24 participants, including 19 from Dimapur, 4 from Golaghat, and 1 from Guwahati. The sessions were led by a distinguished faculty of 5 members: PDG Rtn. Dilip K Pattanaik (Chair RLI Zone 6 Division), Rtn. Dr. Sailesh Sarmah (RLI District Coordinator, District 3240), PDG Rtn. Sandeep Narang, Rtn. Danny Datta, and Rtn. Om Prakash Gupta. The institute offered comprehensive leadership development, empowering participants with the skills and knowledge to further Rotary's mission and objectives in their communities.
