The Rotary Club of Asansol successfully hosted RYLA 2024, a three-day leadership camp aimed at empowering youth with leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Event Highlights:
Day 1: Ice-breaking, team formation, Situational Judgment Tests, Rifle Shooting Workshops, and a Talent Show.
Day 2: Workshops on Stress Management, Team Building, and Communication Skills, along with rifle shooting and an inspiring evening session on ethical leadership.
Day 3: Sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Cybercrime, and a motivational talk, followed by awards and certificates distribution.
Key Outcomes:
50 students actively participated, gaining leadership and teamwork skills.
