Seminar on Membership Development & Retention

A seminar was organized in the office of the Rotary Club of Agartala on ‘Membership Development and Retention’. Past President Rtn. Swapan Bhowmik was the speaker and stressed upon various aspects of membership development. He also discussed the various ways of retaining the inducted members. Retention of members gives stability of a club. The session was moderated by the President Rtn. Hari Saha. The seminar was made more attractive as the members actively took part in the discussion and raised many quarries to clear their confusion. It was an eye-opening session for the members of the club.
