Sewing Machine distribution program at Berimura under Bamutia Block

On 26th December, 2024 Rotary Club of Agartala organized one Sewing Machine distribution program at Berimura under Bamutia Block. With Rotary’s motto of helping the needy one sewing machine supplied by thw District 3240 which was lying in the Rotary Club of Agartala was handed over to Mrs. Madabhi Das. The prominent social worker of the area Sri Badal Das handed over the machine to Mrs. Das in presence of the club secretary Rtn. Dr. Bidhan Goswami and many other localities. The importance of rotary’s effort in making the women empowered though such initiatives was explained by the club secretary to the gathering. After receiving the machine, Mrs. Das expressed her gratitude to the Rotary Club of Agartala and as such the Rotary movement. She also assured that she will train the local interested ladies using the machine. Enthusiasm among the localities of Berimura area was noteworthy.
