The Skill Training Centre at RCC Sonapur, is empowering women by providing them with continuous training on:

1. Sewing machine operation
2. Traditional food preparation, such as Laddu and Pitha

Not only are they acquiring new skills, but they're also earning money by selling these products. This is a great example of women empowerment, enabling them to become financially independent.

The plan to display their products at the upcoming Paush Mela is a fantastic opportunity for these women to showcase their talents and earn more income. It's a great way to promote their work and provide them with a platform to succeed.
