At Women RCC, Sonapur, we're proud to run a continuously operating skill center, offering:

1. Sewing Machine Training
2. Traditional Items Making Training

Every month, 6 new women join our training program, acquiring skills to:

Prepare traditional items
Sell their products
Earn a sustainable livelihood

Our vocational training initiative aims to:

Empower women with financial independence
Foster entrepreneurship and self-reliance
Preserve traditional crafts and skills
