World polio day

On 24th October, we had the privilege of participating in the Zonal Rally for World Polio Day, a vibrant and impactful event aimed at raising awareness about the fight to end polio.

The rally was flagged off by the Superintendent of Police, Purba Burdwan, and the District Governor, Sukhminder Singh, who both expressed their strong support for the cause. We were joined by participants from all 8 zonal clubs, each showing their commitment to this global initiative.

The rally was a sight to behold, with participants proudly riding their cycles, bikes, and cars in a colorful procession. The rally began at Policeline, Burdwan and made its way to Aravindu Stadium, where it concluded, creating an incredible display of unity and enthusiasm.

It was an inspiring day that showcased our collective efforts to eliminate polio and spread awareness about the importance of vaccination. We thank all our members who participated, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a significant cause.
