World Polio Day celebration at Pranavananda Vidyamandir, AD Nagar, Agartala

To celebrate the 'World Polio Day' in a befitting manner, Rotary Club of Agartala organised one sensitisation program on 'Polio with special emphasis on vaccination ' to make more awareness among the young children at Pranabananda Vidyamandir. Dr. Rituparna Das, Associate professor of Agartala Govt Medical College was the resource person and at the end of the presentation a quiz was organised amongst the children to make them aware and mementos were given as a token of appreciation. Overwhelming response from the students,staff both teaching and non-teaching was noticed throughout the program. Rtn. Dr. Subal Debnath, Rtn. Dr. Bidhan Goswami, Rtn. Kisalaya Ghosh were present at the program along with the Principal, Vice-principal, Headmaster and other staff of PVM school.
